Terms & Conditions
Bookings
Bookings can be made online or by phone.
Our online booking system allows guests to select a preferred table; however, specific tables are not guaranteed and may be changed to suit operational needs.
Tables will be held for 15 minutes after the booked time. If you are running late, please let us know — otherwise your table may be released.
For larger groups, we may require a pre-order or deposit depending on the date and occasion.
General Service & Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone acting in a way that is unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate or harmful to the comfort of other guests or our staff.
We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Please bring valid ID if ordering alcohol.
Alcohol will not be served to anyone who appears intoxicated.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Dogs are welcome in our pub garden only.
Carvery & Menu Items
All dishes are subject to availability.
We cannot guarantee that any dish is allergen-free; please speak to a member of staff regarding dietary requirements.
Carvery seating may be time-limited during busy periods to ensure fair service for all guests.
Voucher & Discount Policy
Discount vouchers, promotions and loyalty rewards are only valid for the number of guests present when the voucher was issued, unless otherwise agreed.
Voucher use is at the discretion of management and must be presented before ordering.
Only one voucher or promotion may be used per transaction unless specifically stated.
Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Cancellations & No-Shows
If you are unable to make your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the table to other guests.
Repeated no-shows may result in future booking restrictions.
Garden & Outdoor Areas
Outdoor seating is first come, first served and cannot be booked.
In adverse weather, we cannot guarantee alternative indoor seating.
